Seller's Notes:The 2nd shelf is removable to allow for use as a TV stand. I have the original hardware to secure the shelf to the wall, never used it as this unit is quite stable as is. The finishes are distressed - the wood is reclaimed elm. No noticeable wear and tear. I've owned this for 5 years - it was in storage for 2 years during that time.
