Seller's Notes:The couch is in good condition and is aging very nicely and is no longer available at RH. I have owned the couch for 4 years from new. I recently moved and the couch is too big for the new place. Right now the couch is in two pieces and AptDeco are storing it in their warehouse. I am selling the couch at a steep discount to accommodate the shock factor of seeing it in two pieces. For those already in the know if your couch is too big for your building you need to call the NY Couch Dr to disassemble and reassemble. The cost for this service is approx $350 and factored into the selling price.
