It's a heavy, substantial piece that will make a statement. It is incredibly well made and has many, many years left. There is some sun damage as seen in photos. This is from natural sun damage that occurred around the spots where there was no books/trays on top. It's hardly noticeable, especially if you're putting decor on top!

The natural contours of the oak's live edge give full expression to the wood, replete with the inherent knots, cracks and grain patterning that make each table one of a kind.
