Seller's Notes:This Perennial Textured Linen Weave Custom-Made Sofa by Restoration Hardware was bought from their Atlanta store. We worked with their interior designer to have this sofa custom-made in our new home. Key features: the color is Natural; the fill is Down-Feather; the depth is 40”. These unique features make for a super comfortable and dee sofa. The sofa is covered normally with a slipcover made from Textured Linen Weave fabric. We moved from Savannah due to a corporate relocation in late 2020 and this necessitated storing the sofa. Prior to that we had rebuilt a home and refurnished it with Restoration Hardware furniture. During the remodeling and after relocating, the sofa was stored in secure climate control warehouse by RH and our own storage. We stored the slip cover and pillows of the same linen fabric in separate protective linen bags to protect the fabric. The sofa was never used as we had three four sofas in our family room, sunrooms and living room. The sofa was stored 90% of its life. The only blemishes are the wrinkles on the linen fabric covering the body of the sofa itself from the slipcover being folded during the storage. The sofa are stored at a climate-controlled facility located at 3488 Ogeechee Rd, Savannah, GA 31405. We need 48 hours appointment to arrange for the sofa to be pulled from the climate controlled and secure storage. It is not my home, which is currently on Hilton Head, SC.
