We are converting our guest room to a small media room for our teens and have no use for the bed anymore. Not a regularly used bed at any rate, in our apt for 4yrs. Very clean. We have a high quality queen, nearly Serta mattress on it which we are happy to include with the purchase.

An adjustable base is not recommended with storage option.
