Seller's Notes:I am selling my Restoration Hardware Sofa & Ottoman. I am moving out of NYC at the end of August and will need a larger sofa. This set is in amazing condition. There are no stains or tears, and both pieces are extremely clean. The material is performance fabric and I have had both the sofa and ottoman professionally steam cleaned every single year. There is a chip on one of the ottoman legs (shown in photo).
