Seller's Notes:*** PICK-UP BETWEEN 1/15 - 1/27 *** Ultra-deep proportions meet supreme comfort in the Restoration Hardware Maxwell collection. Clean lines and a streamlined silhouette define its architectural attitude, while a modernist, low-slung profile and broad track arms invite lounging. This couch is almost a brand new couch. No one in the house watches TV and therefore, never used the living room, so the couch was almost completely ornamental. Despite its infrequent use, it's regularly steamed cleaned to remove dust and allergens. Imperfections: (1)There is 1 old wine stain on 1 of the inside cushions, but it can't be seen unless the cover is removed. There is slight discoloration on the back of the sofa, but as you can tell from the photos it's barely visible when uncovered, and not even visible when the pillows are on the sofa.
