Seller's Notes:I just moved to a smaller apartment and need to downsize my sofa. This sofa is in good condition. It is from Restoration Hardware, it is extra deep, they call it "Luxe Depth", and is 46" deep. The cushions are DOWN FILLED, not the standard filled cushions. The fabric is a Belgian Linen in fog gray, which is a medium toned gray color. The overall footprint dimensions of the couch are listed above, but here are specific dimensions for each section: chaise lounge section: 38" wide x 70" long and 34" high. couch section: 72" wide x 46" long and 34" high. This couch retails for around $6000. Details of this couch: -Kiln-dried hardwood -8-way, hand-tied spring suspension -Double-doweled frame -Corner-blocked joinery -down-feather fill (down, feather and polyfiber wrapped around a foam core) -Coordinating back cushions are a blend of down, feather and polyfiber for down-feather fill -Wood block feet Delivery Clearance: Restoration Hardware states that clearance for delivery is 32.5" for this sofa. It would only be an issue if you chose to separate the sections. This couch has lived with a cat for only 3 months.
