Seller's Notes:Maxwell leather sofa. Like new, this sofa is a deep seat (LUXE), oversized 9’, “destroyed” chestnut brown leather. This sofa is a very heavy sturdy piece of furniture. There are no structural or cosmetic issues with this sectional it has been well taken care of and, not sat on very often truthfully. **note that the down-fill leather wrap is not a super soft fill. I would say it is more of a medium-firm cushion. The leather is no longer sold at RH but a similar leather retails over 7500$ today. We purchased a fabric sectional so are looking to part with this piece. There are no damages and smoke free, dog not allowed on furniture home.
