Seller's Notes:We bought this brand new just two years ago and has been in our loving family (no pets, children, non-smoking, etc) since. This is from the Restoration Hardware Maxwell Leather Collection - 7' long, Class 40" depth with Cocoa Italian Berkshire leather and down-feather fill. Currently listed as new for $4,700. No damage or anything unusual from when purchased. We're expecting a little one in a few months and are reorganizing to prepare, and have decided to part with our favorite couch... please give it a great home!
