Seller's Notes:Restoration Hardware Maxwell 3-Piece Sectional in Perennials Velvet in Fog, in Standard Fill. This custom made sofa is extremely comfortable and used for only 3.5 years. Due to the durability and nature of the fabric, there is no visible or known wear and tear, including stains. This item has been professionally cleaned since last use. This is visibly more like a 2-piece sectional, but it includes a small corner piece that attaches to the other two sides and makes it easier to deliver to smaller spaces. Dimensions: Height: 33.5 Inches Seat Height: 20 inches Length: 98 inches Width: 98 inches Depth: 40 inches Pictures have been taken to show the dimensions of the full length on both sides. The sectional is 98 inches in each direction. I find the Restoration Hardware dimensions are extremely confusing.
