Seller's Notes:This is the best couch - I'm moving to a new walkup apartment with a small stairwell that has prevented me from keeping this sofa in my life. It was purchased in 2015 from Restoration Hardware and it still in good shape! The color is a beautiful Antique Whiskey. It has been exposed to a sunny window, so there is some fading, but since the antique whiskey finish already had a beautiful fade, it blends nicely and adds something warm to the finish. It is the Luxe Depth which perfectly fits a Twin XL Sheet Set (39' x 80') and it's been used as an extra bed for guests on many occasions. I do have a dog - a small white fluffy Havanese - who does not shed and is a hypoallergenic breed. For pickup, the building has a massive elevator and a loading dock.
