Seller's Notes:**** REDUCED **** Reluctantly selling our beautiful Restoration Hardware Chesterfield slate leather sofa.. Unfortunately it doesn't fit in our new apartment. As it is a rather large sofa, it will need a fair amount of clearance for delivery. Our elevator/staircase wasn't big enough to get it into our apartment, so we had to have it moved by a furniture doctor (they take apart, move and rebuild your oversized furniture in your home). The furniture actually ends up stronger than it began due to the way it is rebuilt. Delivery local to Manhattan is included!!
