It is in great condition and any minor blemishes/edits are well highlighted in the photos. Details for photos: 1- There is a scratch on the upper left corner, shown in photo. I have not attempted to cover this with a touch up marker but have been told you can, and that RH carries a match color 2- There is a circle cut out in the back of the top shelf of the right cabinet. We put this there intentionally when it was used as media storage so that the wires can go through the back. If used as a bookcase or sideboard, you wouldn't be able to see it. See photo. 3- Repaired lock catch on left cabinet. See photo. Not visible when closed, key and lock works as new.
