Seller's Notes:I love this less than two-year old sofa but we're redecorating our house and it doesn't fit in the room we need to move it. It retails new for $2875. My loss is truly your gain! It's Restoration Hardware's 84" English Roll Arm Sofa. It has a the 45" luxe depth so it's super comfy and it's upholstered in a soft army duck fabric in the flax color. The pullout HAS NEVER BEEN USED and is still wrapped in the original plastic! Aside from a tiny and hardly noticeable paint drip on the arm and on the underside of the middle bottom cushion (see photos), it's in fantastic shape. It comes from a smoke-free home but one with a cat.
