Seller's Notes:I purchase this from Restoration Hardware in November. It was delivered and placed in our basement. We then started construction upstairs on our house so we have spent all of our time in our NYC apartment. Essentially new with no use. It’s an incredibly well built couch, deep and very comfortable. To fit in the space it would occupy, we chose two corner chairs. They are very heavy and won’t slip but have clasps underneath to secure them.
