Seller's Notes:Gorgeous 2022 custom cloud sofa sectional in Cavalo Chestnut suede $17,350.00 retail. We had it delivered in late September. Like new because it basically is! AMAZING FRESH condition. Tried to make it work but it is just to much for the room. It has been covered 24/7 except for taking photos. It has been in our home for less than a month. NO SHOES NO FOOD NO PETS allowed on the couch. No wobbles tears odors EXCEPT rich leather scent! It will acquire its lifelong patina and finish through body oils and natural aging. Since we always have it covered the suede condition is amazing! Photos show true condition with spots of liquids and a scuff on the middle section. The sectional weighs approximately 450 pounds with all pillows included. This is classic style with the depth of the couch 40” deep 31.5 high and 11.2 feet long. It’s a BIG COUCH!
