I am the original owner and purchased it from Restoration Hardware directly about two years ago. It is very lightly used and is in great condition. There is an area of slight yellowing to the fabric on the ottoman cushion, but it is not noticeable and the fabric cover can be removed and cleaned. I rarely stay in the apartment, so the couch has had very little wear/use. This couch is in smoke-free, pet-free, bed bug-free home. Note: Left- or right-arm designation refers to the arm position as you face the item For more detailed specifications of the Cloud Track Arm Modular Collection, please refer to the CLASSIC DEPTH dimensions here: http://images.restorationhardware.com/content/catalog/tearsheets/Upholstery_CloudTrackArmModular.pdf FABRIC CARE: • For stains, try the following: • Ink: Soak in milk or in soap-and-ammonia mixture and press the spot. • Blood: Rinse immediately with cold water. • Fruit, coffee, tea and chocolate: Use alcohol, white vinegar and ammonia. • Candle wax: Scratch off dried wax, then absorb residue with blotting paper and a warm iron. • Greasy stains: Use ammonia. • Red wine: Wet immediately with sparkling water or white wine. • If stains do not disappear, soak the linen in a good washing detergent; or dissolve 3.5 ounces sodium borate in boiling water, then add enough cold water to yield 1.5 gallons and let soak for one hour. • If a slipcover is washed, put it back on the frame while the fabric is still partly damp to prevent excess shrinkage. Shrinkage can be reversed by re-wetting or by ironing with heavy steam. • Steam iron as needed. • Do not use chlorine bleach. • Dry clean or have cleaned by a commercial washer.
