The Light Oak finish is rich and even, and the reeded surfaces display the organic texture and depth characteristic of the Byron collection. Upon inspection, one nightstand has a very small, subtle indentation on the top surface, which has been photographed for transparency. It is difficult to see unless viewed at a specific angle and does not detract from the overall aesthetic or functionality of the piece. Aside from this minor detail, both nightstands present exceptionally well. As with all open-box items, very minor signs of handling or transport may be present.
