Seller's Notes:Beautiful Petite Restoration Hardware Sofa in MIST (Nice cool gray color). The sofa is two years old In January. No major structural flaws, damages, or imperfections. The sofa has been professionally steam-cleaned, but could probably use another one. The slipcover has a few pills, and the fabric has pulled in some places (pictures attached). Restoration offers a new slip-cover for about $225. Great couch, selling because it's actually too small in my space and looking to replace with a sectional. Coming from a furniture lover - this couch has been very well tended too. (No animals allowed on it, no dinners were eaten on it, etc).
