Seller's Notes:Purchased 5 years ago very lightly used from housing works for $1000. Used moderately since then. Very comfortable. Excellent for lounging, couchlock, and guests sleeping over. Foam core has kept its shape remarkably well. Probably has another 5-7 years of regular use in its lifetime. Italian made modern style leather couch, probably made in the early 2000s. Couch comes apart for easy moving. It is surprisingly lightweight. One or two tiny 1-2 cm thin marks on left arm rest. Sellin as am moving and need to get rid of the item. Will fully cover cost of delivery. I am trying to sell the item before moving on June 13.
