Seller's Notes:Couch is about four years old. It is ridiculously comfy. Getting rid of the couch because it does not fit into my new apartment. The couch does show some wear, and we do have a puppy who likes to lay on the couch. The couch also has some indentations from people sitting and sleeping on the couch. The material feels like micro suede (but I doubt it is). The dimensions are kind of a rough estimate
