Seller's Notes:Double / full sized futon. Purchased almost 15 years ago, but most of its life has been in storage so its active life is only about 5 years. There is a tear in the fabric, but a stylish fitted sheet to cover it will be a great solution and hide all imperfections. This is great for college students and/or first apartments. It's not great for consistent sleep but will be fabulous for an (perhaps younger and more agile) overnight guest.
