The sofa has been well cared for and has only been in a clean, smoke-free, pet-free home. We're only selling because we're moving into a larger apartment with a second bedroom and no longer need a sleeper sofa for guests in our living room. One small snag on the fabric on the back side, bottom right corner, that occurred during a move from one apartment to another - hardly noticeable! And not at all if sofa is placed against a wall. Sleeper has been used less than 10 times since we purchased the sofa.
