The mattress sits on top of a platform 19” off the floor, for an elegant raised feel. No box spring needed. Two small wood shelves slide out on either side, for extra nightstand-like appeal. This bed belongs to a set with two additional dressers with matching hardware and type of hardwood. The beautiful cherry finish has only minor wear and tear, and comes from a clean, pet-free, smoke-free home. I’ve sadly outgrown this gorgeous piece and am looking to give it a new home!
