Seller's Notes:Well maintained , very lightly used chocolate brown sofa that converts to full size bed bed. Bought new 4 years ago. Only used as a sleeper about 6 times ,very comfortable. Good size for small spaces 70 in x 36in x 34 in . Kept clean and color has stayed true to original state. I do have a small dog in the apartment, but he doesn't sit on the sofa and the apartment is kept very clean and ventilated.
