Seller's Notes:Hello and thanks for checking out my listing! I'm moving into a smaller apartment and my Raymour & Flanigan Forest Hills sectional (light taupe color) won't fit in the new living room. I'm sad to have to sell it but I'm hoping it'll find a new home. It was purchased just 2 years ago, by us, from their Brooklyn store. We don't smoke or have any pets so you won't find any odors lingering. It was professionally cleaned by the R&F Platinum Protection Plan so it's ready to be taken home by you! I can provide my full name and reference number for you to continue using the Platinum Protection Plan for a few more years until it expires. All you need to do is call their number and they come clean or repair the couch should anything happen to it! It's a handy service we paid for when we bought the couch. There are absolutely no signs of damage, spills, stains, rips or sagging on the cushions. The inner structure of the couch is 100% intact without and broken pieces of wood or loose coils. The couch is in absolutely like new condition. There are a few tiny scuffs on the legs that happened when we moved last year. Other than that, the couch is spotless. [UPDATE] some idiot brought over a hookah to our house and within minutes burned a small hole in one of the back cushions with a hot piece of coal. I've added a picture of it. Raymour & Flanigan said it'd take about 4 weeks to provide a new cushion cover. When that arrives, I'll update the listing with new cushion cover. The sectional comes in 2 pieces: the love seat and a "cuddler" - a very unique feature. Don't underestimate its size - the cuddler can easily fit 3 people if needed. It's perfect for kicking back and watching a movie with friends and family. Kids love the cuddler!
