Seller's Notes:We bought this sofa and love seat new from Raymour and Flanigan 2 years ago for over 1800 dollars. (Loveseat also available on the site). It is made of a soft fabric and does not have any tears/stains/or noticeable damage. disclose that for the last year, it has lived in a house with a small french bulldog though doesn't have any pet damage. The cushion covers are removable and washable. I have washed them only a handful of times while cleaning the house.
