Seller's Notes:We purchased this item in July and didn’t measure correctly. Had our baby a couple weeks ago and does not work for us. Our space is on the small side so we cannot add additional couch. It is in great condition considering it is less than 2 months old. Raymour does not offer returns and we have no where else to store so we are hoping to re coup some of the costs to get a couch with storage. With warranty, tax and delivery we paid about $2,100 (still owing more than have since we financed it)
