Seller's Notes:Bought in summer 2025, still in excellent condition, no stains at all. The fabric is very easy to take care of. Selling because it needs a clearance in the back for the recliners to open, and my living room is not large enough for that. It makes it look too small. The depth is 39 but it needs to be positioned 49 inches away from the wall to open the recliners.
It is really comfy to lounge in it, but too big for my space.
