Seller's Notes:There are so many options with the Raymour & Flanigan lift top cocktail coffee table! The traditional look is deceiving. The top lifts up and out to provide extra hidden storage space (one compartment on each side) and provides an elevated work or dining surface. Easily doubles as a dining table or a desk for small spaces. Bottom shelf provides even more storage. I used it for magazines and books. There is a small sliding drawer tucked into the table at the baseboard in both the front and back with two shiny silver metal knobs each. Lined velvet fabric and great for keeping channel changers, charging cables, mail, paperwork, etc. out of site. Shape: Rectangle Dimensions (Top Closed): 28.0” W x 48.0” L x 17.5” H Dimensions (Top Lifted): 48.0” W x 48.0” L x 26.0” H Material: Hardwood Color: Cherry / Mahogany (Medium Warm-Toned Brown) varies according to room lighting Features: Lift top, shelf, 2 hidden storage compartments, 2 sliding drawers Condition (Operational / Function): Excellent to Very Good. Table top pulls up and lays back down smoothly and stays up when in use. Condition (Cosmetic) Top Surface: Good to Fair. Has noticeable scratches and scrapes. Top could be refinished or polished. I covered the marks with a decorative serving tray and coffee table books when not in use or with placemats when dining. Condition (Cosmetic) Rest of Table: Excellent to Very Good for shelf, drawers, baseboards, and legs. Had plastic rolling casters. 3 are still in place. One broke off. Could be replaced if you’re handy as I still have the wheel either with a spare part or perhaps the original. Can also remove the remaining casters. Allows table to be rolled.
