Seller's Notes:This table is four years young and has been cared for as if it were brand new from day one. It was purchased from Raymour & Flanigan and has maintained its warranty. There are no major marks or scratches on the table and it honestly appears brand new even now. The table has a built in leaf that will extend it from 6' to over 7' and it can comfortably seat 6-7 people at the four chairs and bench on the side. The table has been a source of immense joy and memory-making for the current family and we are only parting from it because we are downsizing our current home and this gem of a centerpiece will no longer fit. It will indeed be a stellar addition to any home for future memories and dinner parties galore!
