Seller's Notes:I purchased this couch brand new from Raymour and Flanigan in June. It’s in excellent condition. It has a sheet type thing underneath that covers the springs I believe that has torn away. That’s all. Otherwise it’s perfect. I got a cat and I am afraid he will get crushed by the reclining seats. So I am selling it. It comes apart in three pieces quite easily. So it’s easy to transport.
