Seller's Notes:Unfortunately we have to sell our favorite couch to date because we’re moving to a furnished place. This has been in a married couple's one-bedroom in Morningside for just over a year, and it's treated us super well. Home has been no pets and no smokers. This sofa is super comfy and large enough for at least two adults to spread out, comfortable to sleep on if people stay for long periods, great condition (one stain, price adjusted accordingly). It's also very durable, easy to clean, and the L-shape can go on either the left or right – you just flip the pillow and move the ottoman underneath. Bought on sale for ~$1,200, selling for $600 because of small stain and because we need it gone ASAP. Really want it to go to a great home.
