Seller's Notes:Hi! I have had and cared for this couch for many years. I do not have any pets or smoke. It has a queen pull-out bed, which is perfect if you have guests visting a smaller space. It is incredibly comfortable. I would have kept the couch if I wasn't moving. It additionally has a matching arm chair with free ottoman (includes storage).
