Seller's Notes:The sectional is 3 pieces - the dimensions above are the assembled size the individual piece dimensions are: Left arm facing chaise - L: 67" x W: 42.5" x H: 39" SKU: 217291688 Armless Chair - L: 36" x W: 42" x H: 39" SKU: 219291680 Sofa - L: 106" x W: 42" x H: 39" SKU: 201291680 The color is a little wonky in the pictures but that is poor lighting. The sofa is not stained or sun-bleached, there are no rips, tears or holes. It has been in an apt with a cat and dog but there are absolutely no pet stains! They always had to stay on the floor or a blanket. It's been here in my apt for a few years, I'm moving to Florida and thought maybe I could find it a new home here. The sofa part of the sectional is very big! Please measure carefully and don't pull a Ross Gellar :)
