Seller's Notes:I am a single mom and I am downsizing my apartment to better fit my budget. New place has much smaller rooms so I must sell by the end of September. It was purchased for $1100.00 and has had no contact with any pets or cigarettes due to the fact that I haven't had any pets and I am a non smoker. It is in great condition but has minor scratches on the wood beams from me taking it apart, which will be covered once box spring is placed on top.
