Seller's Notes:http://www.raymourflanigan.com/bryant-II-leather-reclining-sofa-218282541.aspx I purchased the couch from Raymour and Flanigan 3 years ago. I cannot take the couch because I am moving. There is one small tear underneath the right recliner seat and a tear in between the seats on the right side. You cannot see the tears unless you look under the recliner or in between the seat. Both are shown in the pictures provided. Other than that it is in good condition. There has been no animals or smoking near it.
