Seller's Notes:Super high quality sofa from a reputed Canadian maker Shermag and it’s their decorators’ favorite Chameleon model from Normand Couture Design line. It’s a contemporary version of this iconic 1990s model. It’s in the most expensive Alcantara micro suede fabric in warm soft yellow hue which looks great with all other dark and neutral colors in your room. The sofa has been in my possession for 6 years but rarely used and is in excellent structural and cosmetic condition. I have just had it professionally cleaned so the next owner received it in spotless shape . It will not be in use u til sold. This top of the line micro suede is the most practical, easily cleanable upholstery material which makes keeping the sofa spotless even after years of use. The back and hand rests put out and the sofa turns into a proper XL twin size bad. It’s a very solid, indestructible piece made with highest quality high-density latex foam materials that make it very comfortable to sit and sleep on. The sofa is located in a loft building in Noho, with freight elevator opening into the room , so it will be easy to load into your van or SUV . It can fit in an elevator Uber LX and I can help you carry it.
