Queen Anne 18th Century Game Table
Product details
Seller's Notes:This is a triple top game table from the 18th century. The legs are not original to table. When my parents inherited the table, it had heavy Victorian legs on it that were not appropriate to the Queen Anne style of the table top. So my father commissioned some new legs to be made that were more in keeping with the style of the table. The table top folds out to be a square with a surface for backgammon and checkers (with wood inlays) and a surface for poker. It's also great for puzzles. It folds into a side table when not using the game tops. It belonged to my great-grandparents and has been in our family for a very long time. I am listing it here for less than its appraised value. The dimensions are approximate as it is currently in storage and I don't have immediate access to it. I would love for this table to find a wonderful, new home!
