Seller's Notes:Very comfortable, deep back, soft velvet that has been in a non-smoking, pet free household for the last 12yrs. Keep downsizing my apartment and it's finally time to let it go :( I purchased this loveseat from Mickey's Monkey in San Francisco when I lived there, and it made the move to NYC with me 10yrs ago. DAMAGE: The bottom was torn by the movers during the move, but nothing harmed the infrastructure and is not visible. Back side of couch was facing a window in one apartment so the color has faded.
