Seller's Notes:This couch was purchased new a year ago for $1300. It is a two piece sectional with chaise and also has a full size pull out couch. It is fully functional, in good condition, and very cozy. We love this couch, but unfortunately cannot take it with us on our next move. It has only been exposed to dogs on rare occasions when friends came over, otherwise no pets in the home.
