The sofa was delivered days before I inherited my father after the death of my mother. The sofa remained covered in my empty apartment for six months. Upon return to New York, dad was unable to get out of the sofa with ease, therefore moved into storage. It is currently on display at my apartment on West 34th street, untouched, as I use one of the other four sofas purchased or inherited. I am single, non-smoker, no pets, travel, never home- emptied the last storage space in September. In effect, this sofa is new.
