Seller's Notes:Selling a beautiful green leather sofa that originally came from a high-end home renovation. I don’t know the exact brand, but it’s definitely a quality, expensive piece. If I had space for it, I would definitely keep it! Details: Rich green leather Extremely comfortable (perfect for lounging or watching movies) Sturdy, well-made frame Spacious seating Condition: Overall in great shape structurally, no issues with the frame or cushions. The leather could use some conditioning/restaining to bring it fully back to life (purely cosmetic). If you’re willing to give it a little TLC, this could easily look like a luxury statement piece again. Why selling: I recently moved and unfortunately don’t have space for it in my new place. Perfect for: Someone who loves high-quality furniture and doesn’t mind a small project for a big payoff.
