Seller's Notes:Bought New from LazBoy July 2023 and we are remodeling the living area. It's been sitting in our spare room for the past 9+ months unused. We are going with a sectional so it is time to sell it.
Note: When Reclining it does need space in the back to recline. It is not a zero space (or Wall Hugger) Recliner.
Each side Remote has TWO memory features for their corresponding side of the loveseat.
At a push of the button you can adjust the Recline, Root Rest, Lumbar, and /or Headrest!!!!
Everything works as it should and the sofa looks brand new.
No Blemishes or Stains on the unit and we have no Animals in this Smoke-Free Home.
