Seller's Notes:Purchased this 2 years ago, only selling since we would prefer having a sectional! It is our main living room couch so there is natural wear and tear from sitting on it and with a bench sofa there is a bit of an indentation in the middle where we mostly sat! The fabric is beautiful and most popular/ most durable for kids and pets, it is Oatmeal Performance Everydaylinen. It is spot clean and the best fabric for removing stains, there are a few marks from small stains but nothing super noticeable! This is the deep version of the slope arm collection!
