Seller's Notes: Hi! We LOVED this gorgeous, PB Comfort Roll Arm Upholstered 3-Piece Sectional (in white fabric). While there is some discoloration and small stains, I would keep it if I could (unfortunately it is too large for our new place!). PICK UP IS ON GROUND LEVEL STORAGE UNIT IN EAST HARTFORD, CT. Discoloration/stains: There is discoloration so I would recommend a slip cover. We dropped a bit of chocolate on one of the cushions (which I then made much worse in my failed attempts to remove the stain), but as you can see in the photos, a strategically placed throw blanket or pillow disguises the issue. Shortly after these (staged) pictures were taken, we moved it into a storage unit. I went to the unit yesterday to take pictures -- as you can see it was wrapped pretty well, but there are some stains and discoloration where the wrapping ripped. Some might very well come out, but I am not going to try considering my failed attempts earlier :) If I were keeping it, I would personally have a cover custom made for it as it does seem a bit worse for the wear than before we put it into storage. I can throw in one or two of the pottery barn throw blankets (laudered professionally), if you'd like to take our approach to camouflaging the signs of wear. ;) It's super comfortable and I don't recall feeling any kind of sagging in the cushions. This is the original listing (below), but please note that it shows a smaller version. In the listing, you will see a 2 seat piece, a corner piece, and then a 1 seater piece. Rather than this configuration, we purchased two of the 2 seaters and the corner. You can see this in the pictures from our home before we moved.
