Seller's Notes:Brushed Gray Expertly crafted from solid pine wood, pine wood veneers on select finishes and engineered wood. Slat-roll foundation is designed for use without a box spring; do not use a box spring on the top bunk. All wood is kiln dried for added strength and lasting beauty. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory, supporting fair and safe labor practices and empowering workers to invest in their communities. Top and bottom beds require a twin-sized mattress (sold separately) for each one. A bunk mattress (sold separately) must be used on the upper bunk. Do not use box spring on either bunk. Maximum mattress height on both beds: 7.5". Recommended maximum weight top bed: 250 lbs. Recommended maximum weight bottom bed: 250 lbs. All Pottery barn kids juvenile products are tested at 3rd party CPSC accredited labs to meet or exceed all industry voluntarily and regulatory safety requirements. The Consumer Product Safety Commission recommends that top bunks not be used for children under 6 years of age. To protect the finish, do not apply abrasives or household cleaners.
