Bed has a slat roll foundation and should only be used with a bunk mattress, do not use a box spring. Bunk mattress is sold separately. Designed with 4 removable drawers, 4 cubbies and a cord cutout. We engineered the Costa Captains Bed to be fully reversible to fit almost any space. The headboard, bookcases and drawers can be assembled on either side. When measuring your room, we recommend adding 1.5' minimum extra space for opening the drawers. The back of the bed is unfinished and requires to be put in a corner. Rigorously tested to meet or exceed all required and voluntary safety standards. Imported.
