Seller's Notes:We are selling our Pottery Barn fold-out sleeper sofa. We purchased this for $700 two years ago and have loved it. As it has lived in our guest room in a smoke-free and pet-free home, it has received only light use and is in excellent condition. It has worked very well for us both as a couch and guest bed -- since it lies flat on the floor, it is more comfortable for sleeping than most fold-out couches or futons. Buyer will need to pick this up from Fort Greene, Brooklyn. We will help take apart the sofa to fit down the stairs.
